International Payments

To process the order we will need a copy

• A monthly credit card statement or bill. (This is the document that shows your charges for that month.). 
• A copy of the front and back of your credit card. 
• A copy of a utility bill that shows your shipping address.

OR

• Fax or email us the authorization code for that particular transaction. The authorization code can easily be obtained by calling your card issuing bank or by logging into your online banking account.  The authorization code will be listed under the details of this transaction.  Please email us the authorization code along with your name and order/invoice number.

NOTE: THE AUTHORIZATION CODE IS NOT THE CCV NUMBER.

TSNnutrition.com ships orders within the 48 contiguous states via UPS or USPS.  Depending on product availability, orders shippedUPS Ground usually arrive within 1-6 business days.  Packages sent UPS will not deliver on Saturday. Accurate shipping address and phone number is required. Signature may be required for delivery. The shipping charges are as follows:

Tsnnutrition ships all orders to Hawaii or Alaska via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on product availability and location, most orders will be received with in 1-7 business days.

• Must use USPS Priority mail shipping method.  Flat rates and free shipping do not apply.
     

Military Addresses (APO/FPO) 
TSNnutrition.com  ships all orders sent to APO and FPO boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 3-5 business days.  Delivery time from the military address to you can vary. VeryImportant:Your package is ONLY insured to your military address. TSNnutrition.com is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail.  In the unlikely event a package is lost and an insurance claim needs to be filed, it cannot be filed until 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled. Claims can take up to 5 weeks to process per USPS regulations.

• $12.99 Flat rate up to 8lbs.  Packages over 10lbs will be charged according to weight and distance by USPS.
     

International Shipping

We ship all international orders via USPS priority mail.  Orders normally take 7-14 days for delivery.  But sometimes can take up to 20 days, depending on customs.

International shipping charges will be based upon the package weight and the country of destination. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order. Customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties and/or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim &quote;Food supplements - for personal use only&quote;. Please do not ask us to claim a &quote;gift&quote; or other incorrect description. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

•  We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.

Notice:
There are certain items that are offered for sale on our web site that we do NOT ship to international locations (outside of the United States). If you order one of these items we will either cancel this item on your order or contact you to arrange for a substitution of a similar product that we do ship to international locations.

Product Availability

We pride ourselves on having the largest inventory in the industry. Although every attempt is made to keep a perfect inventory, occasionally items run out of stock. If a product is scheduled to be out-of-stock longer than 10 business days, it will be labeled &quote;out of stock&quote; and will be unavailable for purchase. In the unlikely event a product that you order is out of stock, you will receive a status notification via email. In most cases, only whole orders are shipped. • All problems with your order must be reported before the end of the next business day.
• To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, simply contact us. No unauthorized returns.
• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted onunopenedandunusedmerchandise.
• No returns or exchanges on items that are discontinued or are in closeout status.
• Returns must be approved within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges must be approved within 30 days of receipt.
• Products not exchanged are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Packages that are returned without the RMA number clearly posted on the exterior of the package will be refused.
• Shipping charges are not refundable in any case. Additional shipping charge may apply for exchanges.
• If your merchandise is refused at the time of delivery, your order will be treated as a return upon its arrival at our warehouse.

• Orders canceled of an in stock item, before the item is shipped, will be subject to a 10% administrative charge.
• Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
• If you refuse to provide required information to ship your package, your order will be canceled.
• Ignoring specific state regulations will result in cancellation of the order.

Please double check your shipping address before and after you place the order.  If there is an error please contact us so that we can make the necessary corrections.  If a correction needs to be made after the packaged is shipped there will be a charge to make the correction.

• UPS charges us $10 for address correction or package intercept.  Therefore you will be charged $10 for the correction
• USPS priority mail does not have a have the ability for address correction after the package is shipped.  Therefore you will have to wait until the package is returned to us before we can re-ship to the correct address.  In this case you will be charge for shipping again.

All references to a &quote;chargeback&quote; refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed onwww.TSNnutrition.com. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed.If a credit is due, simply contact us and we will gladly issue it. Unnecessary chargeback's are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently onwww.TSNnutrition.com, please contact us for immediate resolution.

You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit/debit card on THIS SITE. If you chargeback a credit/debit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that THIS SITE may recover the amount of the chargeback in addition to $20 by any means deemed necessary, including but not limited to recharging your credit/debit card or having the amount recovered by a collection agency.
